#1 CNC cutting
The so-called CNC cutting refers to the workpiece instructions (or programs) used to control machine tools or equipment. It is a new control method given in digital form. When the instructions are provided to the control device of the CNC automatic cutting machine, the cutting machine can automatically cut according to the given program.
CNC cutting technology is an organic combination of traditional processing technology with computer numerical control technology, computer-aided design and auxiliary manufacturing technology.
CNC cutting consists of two major parts: CNC system and mechanical structure. Compared with traditional manual and semi-automatic cutting, CNC cutting can effectively control and improve cutting quality and cutting efficiency through the cutting technology, cutting process and automatic control technology provided by the CNC system, i.e. the controller.

#2 Types
CNC cutting: refers to CNC machine tools, plasma, laser and water jet cutting machines, which perform full-time, automatic, efficient, high-quality and high-utilization CNC cutting according to the optimized nesting cutting program provided by the CNC cutting nesting software. CNC cutting represents a modern high-tech production method and is the product of the combination of advanced optimized nesting calculation technology with computer numerical control technology and cutting machinery.

CNC precision sawing
It is used for cutting aluminum profiles at 45°, 22.5°, and 90°. The sawing machine transmission and feed are controlled by Panasonic CNC system, and the working air pressure is 0.5MPa-0.8MPa.
Water jet cutting
Also known as water jet, that is, high-pressure water jet cutting technology, is a machine that uses high-pressure water jet cutting. Under the control of the computer, the workpiece can be carved arbitrarily and is less affected by the material texture. Because of its low cost, easy operation, and high yield rate, water jet cutting is becoming the mainstream cutting method in industrial cutting technology.
Laser cutting
The workpiece is heated by a high-energy-density laser beam, so that the temperature rises rapidly to the boiling point of the material in a very short time, and the material begins to vaporize to form steam. The ejection speed of these steam is very high, and at the same time as the steam is ejected, an incision is formed on the material. Laser cutting equipment can cut stainless steel below 4mm, and adding oxygen to the laser beam can cut 20mm thick carbon steel, but a thin oxide film will be formed on the cutting surface after oxygen cutting. The maximum thickness of the cutting can be increased to 20mm, but the dimensional error of the cut parts is larger
