CNC Punching processing is a forming method that relies on a press and a die to apply external force to plates, strips, tubes, and profiles to cause them to undergo shape deformation or separation, thereby obtaining a workpiece and punching part of the desired shape and size.

Punching is an efficient production method.
By using a compound die, especially a multi-station progressive die, multiple stamping processes can be completed on one press (single-station or multi-station) to achieve fully automatic production from strip unwinding, leveling, punching to forming and finishing.

It has high production efficiency, good working conditions, and low production costs. Generally, hundreds of pieces can be produced per minute.
Compared with other methods of mechanical processing and plastic processing, stamping has many unique advantages both in terms of technology and economy.
