Wood grain treatment technology
Since it was introduced into my country in the late 1990s, wood grain treatment technology has become an important means of surface treatment for interior decoration profiles.

This technology mainly uses the transfer method. Its core process is to attach a permeable film with a specific pattern (such as wood grain, marble grain) to the surface of the aluminum profile that has been electrostatically sprayed with powder, and through the vacuum and heating process, the ink on the permeable film can be transferred to the powder coating, thereby forming a beautiful appearance on the surface of the aluminum profile that is consistent with the permeable film pattern.

It is worth noting that the wood grain treatment is carried out on the powder coating, so its preparation work is basically the same as the production process of powder sprayed profiles, but it is necessary to ensure that the selected powder is highly compatible with the hot permeable film, and the film thickness is controlled within the range of 60~90μm to ensure the grain effect and product quality.
The transfer method creates wood texture on the surface of aluminum profiles, which requires the material to be highly matched with the permeable film.
