Today we introduce types of CNC machined heat sinks
(1) Finned Heat Sinks
Have multiple aluminum fins to increase surface area for better cooling.
Used in automotive ECUs, power modules, and LED headlights.
(2) Pin-Fin Heat Sinks
Feature cylindrical or square pins for multi-directional airflow.
Ideal for high-performance cooling in electric vehicles (EVs) and industrial applications.
(3) Skived Heat Sinks
Made by skiving thin fins directly from an aluminum block, offering superior heat dissipation.
Used in EV batteries, high-power inverters, and industrial power supplies.
(4) Liquid-Cooled Heat Sinks
Have internal channels for coolant flow, providing efficient heat dissipation in extreme conditions.
Common in electric vehicle (EV) battery cooling, high-performance computing, and industrial machinery.
(5) Heat Sink with Heat Pipes
Combines CNC machined aluminum with embedded heat pipes to transfer heat more effectively.
Used in automotive turbochargers, high-performance processors, and power electronics.
