Updated: Nov 20, 2025

Quality Assurance & Metrology in Aluminum Parts

To see our quality assurance in aluminum parts is to understand our commitment to precision, stability, and long-term performance. From raw material to finished components, every step follows a strict control system designed to guarantee accuracy, consistency, and reliability for each part we deliver.

Three-Stage Processing Quality Control

Stage 1 – Strict Material Selection:Before production starts, every aluminum billet is tested for purity, strength, and alloy consistency. Only materials that reach our standard—clean surfaces, stable composition, and perfect structure—are allowed into the workshop.

Stage 2 – In-Process CNC QC:During machining, our engineers monitor each cut like an artist controlling their brush. Dimensions, tolerances, and surface lines are checked in real time using high-precision instruments. Any deviation is corrected immediately to keep every detail aligned with the drawing.

Stage 3 – Final Perfection Check:When the machining is complete, the part enters its final “exam.” We test flatness, thread accuracy, anodizing color, coating thickness, and surface touch—ensuring the finished component looks good, feels good, and performs flawlessly. Every batch comes with a QC report, giving customers confidence and transparency.

ISO-Certified Test Results

All our tests follow strict ISO standards:

  • Dimensional tolerances conform to ISO 2768

  • Surface roughness follows ISO 4287

  • Mechanical performance meets ISO 6892 requirements

Each product passes these international benchmarks—proof that our aluminum parts are not just manufactured, but carefully perfected. They leave the factory strong, stable, and ready to shine in any application.
