Summary of Our Aluminium Products

China produces approximately 300 alloys and 1500 varieties of aluminum processing materials, making it one of the countries with the richest product variety in the world.

By application:

1. Architectural aluminum profiles (divided into two types: doors and windows, and curtain walls).

2. Radiator aluminum profiles.

3. General industrial aluminum profiles: mainly used in industrial production and manufacturing, such as the framework of automated machinery and equipment, and customized molds developed by various companies according to their own machinery and equipment requirements, such as assembly line conveyor belts, elevators, dispensing machines, testing equipment, shelves, etc. They are widely used in the electronic machinery industry and clean rooms.

4. Rail vehicle structural aluminum alloy profiles: mainly used in the manufacture of rail vehicle bodies.

5. Framing aluminum profiles, used to make aluminum alloy picture frames for various exhibitions and decorative paintings.

By surface treatment:

  • 1. Anodized aluminum

  • 2. Electrophoretic coated aluminum

  • 3. Powder coated aluminum

  • 4. Wood grain transfer aluminum

  • 5. Fluorocarbon coated aluminum

  • 6. Polished aluminum (divided into mechanical polishing and chemical polishing, of which chemical polishing is the most expensive).

By alloy composition:

It can be divided into aluminum profiles of alloy grades such as 1024, 2011, 6063, 6061, 6082, and 7075, among which the 6 series is the most common. The difference between different grades lies in the different proportions of various metal components. Besides commonly used architectural aluminum profiles such as 60 series, 70 series, 80 series, 90 series, and curtain wall series, industrial aluminum profiles do not have clear model distinctions; most manufacturers process them according to the customer's actual drawings. 1. Classification of Aluminum Products:

Rolled products, Cast products, Non-heat-treatable alloys,

Pure aluminum alloys (1××× series),

Aluminum-copper alloys (2××× series),

Aluminum-manganese alloys (3××× series),

Aluminum-silicon alloys (4××× series),

Aluminum-magnesium alloys (5××× series),

Aluminum-magnesium-silicon alloys (6××× series),

Aluminum-zinc-magnesium alloys (7××× series),

Aluminum alloys with other elements (8××× series).

These are aluminum alloys represented by four digits, with magnesium and silicon as the main alloying elements and Mg2Si phase as the strengthening phase. The first digit is used to distinguish the group. The last two digits are used to distinguish the material grades within the same group series and have no special meaning.

In the four-digit and four-character numbering system, the first digit indicates the category of aluminum and aluminum alloys, with the following meanings:

  • 1XXX series: Industrially pure aluminum;

  • 2XXX series: Al-Cu, Al-Cu-Mn alloys;

  • 3XXX series: Al-Mn, machinable pure aluminum;

  • 4XXX series: Al-Si alloys;

  • 5XXX series: Al-Mg alloys;

  • 6XXX series: Al-Mg-Si alloys;

  • 7XXX series: Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloys;

2. Classification of Aluminum Processing Technologies:

Casting, Heat-treatable alloys, Non-heat-treatable alloys.

3. Classification of Aluminum Processed Products:

Rolled products: Sheets, Plates, Coils, Strips. Extruded products: Tubes, Solid bars, Profiles. Cast products: Castings.

Our main business is in aluminum profiles extrusion, and all articles will focus on their processing and manufacturing.
