The product has high surface treatment requirements, and there should be no sand holes or profile marks. Choose 6000 series aluminum alloy, and 6063/6061 is commonly used.

The product requires low price and needs to be stretched for shape review. Choose 2000 series pure aluminum, and 2011 is commonly used.

The product has high strength and high hardness and needs to be used for bearing structure. Choose 7000 series aluminum alloy, and 7075 is commonly used.
