Industrial Aluminum Profile Anodized Treatment Process Flow:

Process flow for anodized treatment of industrial aluminum profiles.

ree

① Aluminum profile surface treatment:

Aluminum profile surface treatment is also called surface pretreatment, which is to use physical and chemical substances to remove dirt on the surface of aluminum profiles, so that the aluminum profile body is exposed, which is convenient for later oxidation treatment of the aluminum profile surface.

② Aluminum profile surface degreasing process:

The purpose of aluminum profile degreasing process is to remove industrial lubricating oil and anti-corrosion oil on the surface of aluminum profiles and dirt and impurities attached to the surface of profiles, ensure uniform alkaline etching of aluminum profiles, ensure the cleanliness of alkaline etching tanks; improve the quality of aluminum profile surface treatment.

③ Aluminum profile acid etching process:

The aluminum profile surface acid etching process is to carry out surface acid corrosion treatment after aluminum profile degreasing. The main purpose is to remove the oxides formed by oxidation of other metal elements on the surface of aluminum profiles and the oxide film formed naturally by profiles.

④Alkaline etching process for aluminum profiles:

The primary purpose of the alkaline etching process for aluminum profiles is roughly the same as that of the acid etching process, which is to remove the residual substances and degradation layer on the surface of the aluminum profile during the oxidation process.

⑤Aluminum profile neutralization process:

The purpose of the aluminum profile neutralization process is to remove the copper, manganese, iron, silicon and other alloy elements or impurities that are insoluble in alkaline solution on the surface of the aluminum profile after acid etching and alkaline etching treatment, and to neutralize the alkaline solution remaining after the aluminum profile is treated with alkaline etching.

⑥ Anodizing of aluminum profiles:

The method of anodizing of aluminum profiles is to use a solution as a medium and use tip discharge to form an oxide film on the surface of the aluminum profile, so that the aluminum profile has super corrosion resistance. Since the protective layer obtained by anodizing the aluminum profile has high hardness and corrosion resistance, the standard thickness is 10-12μ, which can better improve the anti-oxidation function of the aluminum profile and improve the beauty of the profile.

⑦ Sealing treatment of aluminum profile surface:

After anodizing, micropores will be formed on the surface of aluminum profile, which is easily oxidized and corroded during use. Sealing treatment should be carried out after anodizing. The sealing treatment method for industrial aluminum profile after anodizing generally adopts cold air process (cold sealing process originated from Europe).
